What else? Well, caffeine hits the central nervous system, burning fat while boosting your metabolism. The results aren't huge by any means, but they are long term steady. It has also been shown to enhance your performance while exercising, increasing endurance as well as increasing your resistance to fatigue.

Heart Disease? There's evidence that people who have one to four cups of coffee a day have shown as much as 18% lower risk of heart disease! Also, the risk of developing type 2 diabetes is reduced by as much as 30%!

Finally, the USDA says that up to 400 milligrams of caffeine a day is safe to consume which is as much four cups of coffee. Once again, we've just got to say wow!
